Your Festool™ MFT/3 is an amazing tool. We know, because we use it too! But we’ve always felt it could do more, with just a few modifications.

We felt the MFT/3 was the perfect candidate for a router plate and fence. So we replaced the MDF with a new thicker CNC machined MDF top, added a Bench Dog Router Fence and miter slot. The next thing you know, we’ve got a fantastic portable router table, without losing the cutting and clamping features that the MFT is known for. The best part is, you're not taking up any additional space in your shop, and it remains completely portable.

A top-quality fence is the backbone of any router table system. And with its feature-loaded design, rugged strength and quality construction, the ProFence is a strong backbone indeed. A heavyduty one-piece aluminum frame is fully machined on the front and bottom surfaces, ensures that your ProFence is flat, true and square. As for the design, no other fence packs more features. The exclusive dual EZ-Load T-slots accept the Bench Dog Feather-Loc featherboards

ProFence also comes with a heavy-duty bit guard and a 2-1/2" diameter dust collection port.

Dual Track includes a standard miter track, as well as a Bench Dog Universal T-track, which accepts 1/4" t-bolts, 5/16" t-bolts, and 1/4" hex bolts.

Eight levelers in the router table top are adjusted from below to keep the plate flush with the table surface while two locking bolts hold the plate in position, eliminating any shifting during use.

FAQ

The opening size of the new FesTop is 8-1/4 x 11-3/4. It is designed to fit the Rockler, Bench Dog, and many of the Woodpeckers lifts.
The hole pattern is the same as the Festool which is a 20mm hole on 96mm centers.
All clamping and cutting functionality of the original MFT table is retained as, while the top is thicker, it is rabbeted into the MFT frame rails to maintain the standard height.
