Mitertite™ is a new casing fastening system that consists of two major components:

• The Assembly Plate
• Micro Fence

On the Assembly Plate, a single pocket screw is driven through the edge of mitered casings perpendicular to the joint and clost to the outside corner.

With the fine adjustments possible with the Micro Fence, each miter is cut 44.9 degrees.  With this angle, the legs of the pre-assembled unit are splayed out.  As the unit is being installed, the legs are sprung parallel to the jambs compressing the joints.

Each Mitertite™ package includes:

• The Micro Fence
• The Assembly Plate
• A 3/8″ Pilot Drill with hex shank for easy insert into the bushings
• Standard hex holder and driver with enough screws for two average size houses.
• Three (3) stretch clamps for pressure in pre-assemblies.
• A hex drive slug cutter with bushing.
